COMPETITIVE WAGES

Server

Solution-oriented and taking pride in the details, the server builds, delivers and stewards the moments that define First National Center for the members and guests – past, present, and future. Tellers Restaurant values diverse educational and training backgrounds in consideration of the role.

Bartender

A true passion for hospitality — helping to create an environment where people not only have fun but feel relaxed, welcome, and connected; have the ability to nurture an exceptional guest experience. Deep knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, wine, beer and proper technique. Knowledge of the practices within the Food & Beverage/Hospitality profession.

Line Cook

Organize time efficiently in order to be set up on time every day. Keep station organized based on Chefs discretion. Able to work in different stations on daily basis (prep, sauté, garde manger, grill, seafood, etc…) Prep vegetables, fruit, shellfish, meats and recipes as directed by Executive Chef and Sous Chefs. Remain focused and calm under pressure. Have a good attitude and act professionally at all times, must respond to constructive criticism.

Prep Cook

Prepare food items by following prep list, ensuring food prep area meets health & safety standards. Interact with culinary staff to ensure food quality standards are met. Stock & label food items properly.

Host

Manage reservation system and plot the reservations for the shift, knowing when and where we can accommodate walk ins in order to maximize covers for the shift. Ensure reservations are prioritized and seated in a timely manner. Maintain control over the flow of service by managing the influx of guests and ensuring a seamless flow through the restaurant.

Runner/Busser

Assist Server staff to clean tables, taking plates, utensils and drinkware to the kitchen to be washed, make sure diners’ water glasses are full, and reset tables for the next service.
